Job purpose |
|
· To act as the first point of contact between ESP, students, employees, and parents. · To provide support to ESP as directed to ensure that school’s goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. · To maintain and refine internal processes that support ESP, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow. · To support Academic Department in relevant tasks. |
Job Requirement:

Major Duties: · Support ESP with translation, administrative work, daily tasks, … · Ensure effective communication between departments on various projects and tasks. · Be pro-active in planning the ESP agenda, coordinating appointments and events. · Support in the creation of regular reports and facilitate internal communication. · Suggest more efficient ways to operate and troubleshoot operational issues. · Support the process of review company policies and procedures. · Process the PPR according to request from ESP. · Assist the ESP with the monthly Board’s report completion. · Taking the lead on strategic initiatives for SNA culture and success · Other assigned tasks
Minor Duties: · Minutes of executive meetings · Weekly Briefing notes preparation · Coordination of community newsletter · Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as control of content and flow of information to SSP. · In charge of Stationery/ equipment order process · Other assigned tasks |

Job Specifications |
|
Education · Bachelor’s degree required (in Education/ Pedagogy/ Social Science) or equivalent work experience. · 03 years of experience in relevant fields
Skills · Strong command/ communication in English & Vietnamese (Verbal and written) · Able to work in a team or independently. · Time & stress management · Ability to meet tight deadlines. · Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. · Problem-solving and decision making · Proactivity and self-direction · Understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality. · Computer skills: Understands Word Processing, Excel Spreadsheets, Power point. · Not afraid to ask for clarification when unclear. |

- Office hour
- Longer hours and overtime may be required at the start of school terms and during peak seasons.
